Our Keystone CO vacation rental is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath chalet in Keystone, Colorado — built for the trips that matter. Ten of your favorite people, one big house, and Keystone Resort just minutes down the road. Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are an easy drive; Lake Dillon and endless trails are practically out the back door.

Days here end the way mountain days should: in the private hot tub, steam rising, peaks all around. Mornings start with coffee on the deck. In between, there's a stone wood-burning fireplace, a full kitchen made for group cooking, and room for everyone to spread out.

Sapphire Point Overlook

Easy 0.6-mile loop with the postcard view of Dillon Reservoir between the Gore and Tenmile ranges. Go at sunset.

Keystone Gulch Trail

Right out the door — a rolling loop along a lively stream through meadows and aspen groves. Keep an eye out for moose.

Dercum Summit Trail

Ride the River Run Gondola up, then loop 2.3 miles along the ridgeline above the ski trails. Big views, moderate effort.

Dillon Nature Preserve

Easy 3.2-mile meadow-and-ridge loop by the lake — dog-friendly, with Mutt Mitts on the trail.

Keystone Lake Trail

Flat, paved 1.5-mile loop around Keystone Lake. Ducks, mountain reflections, benches made for lingering.

Lily Pad Lake

About 40 minutes away — an easy family hike to a glassy alpine lake. Go early; the little lot fills up.

Boats & Paddleboards

Dillon Marina rents pontoons, runabouts, and sailboats; grab a SUP or kayak and paddle the glassy morning water. Frisco Bay Marina has pontoons and a sandy beach too.

Altitude: Take It Seriously

You're sleeping above 9,000 feet — high enough to humble anyone, even the fit folks. Altitude sickness usually shows up as a headache, nausea, or wiped-out fatigue in the first day or two. A little respect goes a long way:

Drink water like it's your job — before the hot tub, during the hot tub, after the hot tub.
Take day one easy. The mountain will still be there tomorrow.
Go light on alcohol the first night — it hits harder up here.
Headache or nausea that won't quit? Rest, hydrate, don't push it. If it gets serious, don't tough it out — get medical help.

Not a Skier? No Problem.

Every group trip has someone who'd rather not click into skis — and Keystone has them covered. Snowshoe trails, tubing hills, sleigh rides, ice skating, and some of the finest hot-tub stargazing in Colorado. The non-skiers in your crew might end up having the best trip of all.

Traveling light? The Summit Suite is our private, dog-friendly suite — a one-bedroom space inside the chalet itself, made for couples, solo travelers, and pups. One king bed, a comfy L-shaped couch, and everything you need for a mountain getaway without renting the whole house.

The real magic is out back: a fully fenced yard that opens onto a creek, with dog-walking trails starting right at the property line. Your dog will think you moved here. Where exactly are you located?

Keystone, Colorado — in the heart of Summit County. The slopes are minutes away, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are an easy drive, and Lake Dillon plus miles of trails are close by.

How does check-in work?

It's all self check-in with a smart lock — no waiting around for anyone. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Need a little flexibility? Message us when you book direct and we'll do our best.

Is parking available?

Yes — free parking on the premises. Suite guests, please park in the driveway.

Can I bring my dog?

The Summit Suite is proudly dog-friendly, with a fenced backyard, a creek, and dog-walking trails right out back. The full chalet is not dog-friendly, though — pups stay home when you book the whole house.

Is the Summit Suite a separate building?

No — it's a private suite inside the chalet itself, with its own entrance, patio, and fenced yard. Book the whole chalet and the suite comes with it; book just the suite and the rest of the house stays closed off. The calendar keeps the two from ever double-booking, so you'll never share the house with strangers.

What's the minimum stay?

3-night minimum for the chalet and 2-night minimum for the suite. Holiday and peak weeks may require longer stays — you'll always see the exact requirement before you book.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, 50% back if you cancel more than 14 days out, and non-refundable inside 14 days. The exact terms are always shown before you pay — no fine print.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes — stays of 7+ nights get 10% off automatically. The longer you linger in the mountains, the better the nightly rate.

Is the hot tub private?

Completely. It's yours alone — seats up to five, with mountain views. (Available at the full chalet.)
